Southern LA County USBC members are invited to attend our Annual Meeting on SATURDAY, JUNE 19 at 2pm (check-in at 1:45pm). Your voice and vote is extremely important and we encourage you to attend. Your input helps to shape our organization and helps us to grow our sport. This year’s meeting will be virtual, and all attendees must be current 2020-21 SLAC USBC members.  Any youth attending must be at least 14 years of age.  Anyone interested in attending the meeting must RSVP online at by JUNE 9.

If you are not currently bowling in a USBC certified league and need a USBC card in order to attend this meeting, we can offer a basic card for $12 (adults). Youth can purchase cards for $5 (meetings and state tournament only). This membership is NOT applicable for a certified summer league.  If interested, please email us

The main topic for the meeting is to discuss and vote on the potential merger with North LA County USBC.  NLAC USBC held their Annual Meeting on May 15 and they voted 100% for the merge. Information regarding the proposed merger can be found at As we all know, the sport of bowling has been negatively impacted greatly (particularly in California) because of the pandemic.  With the loss of some centers and bowlers, we want to reduce operational expenses and a consolidation should yield increased efficiency and monetary savings while maintaining a consistent level of service for our bowlers.  The consolidation will also allow for the elimination of transfer fees for those that bowl in league or tournaments within both associations.  We need to change and remain flexible with the current times while increasing our membership and promoting this great sport. Email us at if you have any questions.
